Villa Beatrix Zadar is a single family house located 2 km from the center of Zadar. It is 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach, on a private property of 850 m2. There is a private swimming pool for your pleasure  (7 x 4 m, depth 130 cm) in a well-kept back yard with lawn and trees where you can also have barbecues. There is one parking space inside the front gate and 2 garage spaces. A shop is 100 m away and a restaurant 500 m away.
